I co-coordinated and hosted visiting scholar Olivia Gude on a workshop entitled the Surrealist Research Educational Bureau. This was a one-day art workshop at the University of Florida on January 21, 2011, sponsored by the UF Art Education Program. The workshop included graduate and undergraduate art education majors from the residential program and the online program. In addition to the workshop, Olivia presented a lecture that was streamed live via the internet so that our graduate students and alumni from around the country could be part of the conversation through a variety of media interfaces such as Twitter and Facebook.
